Countdown to Final Four: UT's Naismith Award winners

Since the University of Texas produced its last Heisman Trophy winner, Ricky Williams in 1998, it has turned out two winners of the Naismith Award as college basketball's player of the year. G uard T.J. Ford was honored in 2003, the year Texas returned to the Final Four for the first time since the 1940s, and Kevin Durant in 2007 became the first freshman to win the award.
